1. Who we are
ski-mobile.com and booking-cc.ski-mobile.com are run by SARL SKI - MOBILE, a single-member limited company (EURL) with a share capital of €3,000, Lot A1, 354 route du Pré, 74110 Montriond, France.

SKI - MOBILE is the data controller.

2. What data we collect

Payment: online payments are made on our bank’s secure platform (Crédit Agricole). We never see your card details.
Children: when you book for a child, you enter their details yourself. We only ask for what we need to prepare and adjust their equipment.

We do not send promotional emails. We never sell or rent your data.
4. Who can access your data
- The SkiMobile team, to handle your booking.
- Your partner, if you book through a chalet or tour operator. They receive a confirmation with: reference, booking date, party leader’s name, email, phone, accommodation, arrival date and time, arrival location, first day on snow. They do not receive measurements or prices.
- Our technical providers, acting only on our instructions:
- booking site development and maintenance: Creative74
- booking site hosting: Servd
- ski-mobile.com hosting: Cloudways / DigitalOcean
- network and security: Cloudflare
- booking email delivery: SendGrid
- email: Google
- instant messaging, if you choose to contact us this way: WhatsApp (Meta)
- contact form protection against bots: Google reCAPTCHA
- customers and invoicing: Zoho
- error monitoring: Sentry
- online payment: Crédit Agricole
- analytics: Google Analytics, Hotjar, Cloudflare
- Authorities, where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers process data outside the EU:
- ski-mobile.com is hosted in the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection;
- others (for example Google, Meta for WhatsApp, Cloudflare or SendGrid) may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep your data

We are currently setting up a consent banner on booking-cc so that Google Analytics and Hotjar are only used after you agree. On ski-mobile.com, you can change your choice at any time with the “Revoke cookies” button at the bottom of the page. You can refuse or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Refusing does not stop you from booking.
8. Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access, correct or delete your data;
- restrict or object to its use;
- receive it in a readable format (portability);
- withdraw your consent;
- give instructions about your data after your death.
Write to info@ski-mobile.com or to SkiMobile, 354 route du Pré, 74110 Montriond, France. We reply within one month. If we have doubts about your identity, we may ask for proof.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
9. Security
Our websites use HTTPS. Access to data is limited to people who need it. Passwords are encrypted and payments are handled by our bank.
10. Links to other websites
Our websites may link to other sites. Their own privacy policies apply.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
